Returns Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition for a return to be processed.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.
Non-returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, some items may not be eligible for return. This includes perishable items and custom orders.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days, and we will arrange for a return and issue a full refund or replacement.
