In a heart-warming expression of gratitude, the staff and Hospital Development Committee of the District Hospital, Godakawela presented a token of appreciation to Mr. Nimal Ariyarathna, Chairman of Nelco Food Products (Pvt) Ltd., for his generous and timely contribution to the hospital community.
Responding to an urgent need identified by the hospital team, Mr. Ariyarathna took the initiative to construct a protective canopy in front of the Intensive Care Unit. This space now serves as a much-needed shelter for patients’ families and loved ones who often endure long hours outside the ICU.
